Giro Safetline welcomed students from E. E. Professor Antônio Zanluchi, from the Technical Course in Administration of Hortolândia, for an immersion into the world of the safety footwear industry.
The initiative took place in partnership with the Hortolândia City Hall, through the Industrial Tourism program, which brings students closer to the productive environment and sector opportunities.
During the visit, the young participants closely observed the processes, technologies, and innovations that make Safetline one of Brazil's leading EPI manufacturers.

The program began with a lecture led by Victor Smilgys, Safetline's Industrial Director. He presented the evolution of EPIs and demonstrated how modern safety footwear combines protection, comfort, and style.

One of the presented differentiators was the in-house manufacturing of composite toecaps, responsible for protecting toes against impacts. This process ensures greater quality control, traceability, and safety.
Furthermore, students observed the factory's operational routine and understood how organization and innovation go hand-in-hand within the industry.

In the warehouse sector, students observed the analysis and control of the leather used in production.
Each batch undergoes rigorous evaluations to ensure a high standard of quality, and only approved materials proceed to the assembly line.
