The month of March held special significance at Safetline. More than a commemorative date, it was about valuing, recognizing, and developing the women who are part of our history every day.

With a program designed to foster connection and learning, one of the main highlights was the lecture “Woman, Owner of Herself”, led by specialists Márcia Araújo and Gisele Pires. The meeting was structured to create an open and safe space for employees to reflect on relevant topics present in their daily routines.
Breaking Free from Autopilot

During the morning, the atmosphere was one of genuine exchange. Topics such as financial organization, the risks of impulsive decisions like gambling and payroll loans, in addition to the challenges of a multitasking routine, were addressed in a practical and accessible manner.
The lecture also presented a direct and necessary challenge: breaking free from autopilot. It was an invitation to live the present with more awareness, avoiding so-called “quick fixes” such as unnecessary spending, excessive social media use, and habits that consume time and impact self-esteem, often turning into long-term problems.
The specialists emphasized the importance of dedicating time to oneself, breaking unproductive cycles, and taking control of one's own path. In other words, being the protagonist of one's own story.
Raffle of Thoughtful Keepsakes

At the end of the lecture, raffles were held among the participants. Employees Ariane Lopes and Ana Claudia Fernandes, both from the Preparation department, were the winners, receiving a basket of sweets and a book, respectively. More than just prizes, the gesture symbolized recognition and appreciation.
In the afternoon, the second group continued the program, maintaining the same level of engagement and exchange. The lecture once again fulfilled its role of prompting important reflections and encouraging female empowerment both within and outside the workplace. At the end, another raffle was held, and employee Daniela Silva, also from the Preparation department, was awarded the basket of sweets, concluding the day with lightness and celebration.
But the Initiatives Did Not Stop There

As part of the tributes for Women's Day, Safetline promoted cultural moments that brought even more meaning to the program.
On Friday, March 6th, employees were surprised early in the morning with an emotional performance by the Vibra Sax Musical Group, held in partnership with the Hortolândia Culture Department. It was an emotional moment to recognize how much each woman contributes, with dedication and talent, to the company's growth and the industry's strength. A simple gesture, yet full of meaning.
On the same day, but in the evening, we also featured a performance by the Female Youth Choir, which conveyed the central message of the entire campaign: together, we are stronger.
Throughout the month, Safetline aimed to go beyond mere tribute. The objective was to generate real impact by promoting awareness, encouraging development, and creating spaces where women could recognize themselves as protagonists of their own stories.
March Ends, But the Commitment Remains

We continue to invest in people, strengthen our culture, and believe that the strength of our industry passes, every day, through the hands of women who make a difference.
