Safetline attends the SST 2024 Congress and celebrates excellence in safety training and communication
Safetline had the honor of participating once again in the SST 2024 Congress, promoted by Revista Proteção, one of the most prestigious events in the occupational health and safety sector in Brazil. Held from November 25 to 28, at Seconci-SP, in São Paulo, the congress brought together specialists, professionals, and companies committed to promoting safer work environments.
As part of its mission to foster a culture of occupational health and safety, Safetline sponsored the “Safety Training and Communication” category, celebrating initiatives that excel in disseminating knowledge and engaging in accident prevention and promoting well-being in the workplace.
In the 2024 edition, three major companies were awarded by Safetline:
Vivo: Stood out for its creative and dynamic internal campaigns, aimed at raising awareness among its professionals about the importance of safe daily practices.
Eldorado Brasil Celulose: Recognized for its innovative continuous training program, which combines technology and humanization to train its employees in occupational safety.
Itapoá Terminais Portuários: Awarded for its commitment to engaging not only workers but also the local community, promoting a positive impact on the safety of everyone involved in its operations.
The awards ceremony was attended by the distinguished Safetline Commercial Director, Hugo Smilgys, National Sales Manager, Paulo Barreto, and Regional Sales Manager, Sergio Castro. Hugo Smilgys emphasized the importance of recognizing companies that are benchmarks in occupational safety:

In addition to recognizing best practices, Safetline also stood out by conducting an innovative lecture on safety footwear developed for People with Disabilities (PcD). The presentation addressed how the company has invested in cutting-edge technologies to create products that offer more comfort, exclusivity, and functionality, meeting the specific needs of this audience.
“We are committed to delivering solutions that go beyond protection, providing greater quality of life and inclusion for workers,” Paulo Barreto emphasized during the lecture.
