As part of the Yellow September actions, Safetline held, on September 15th, lectures themed “When Pain is Not Visible: Mental Health and Support”.
The initiative reinforced the importance of emotional healthcare, active listening, and seeking support during challenging times.
Talking helps, listening too
Psychologists Vitória, Lorena, and Maiara, from partner clinic Hortênsias, led the lectures. In a light and welcoming manner, the professionals addressed various challenges related to mental health.
They also presented ways to cope with emotional suffering and strategies to enhance well-being. Furthermore, they highlighted the importance of recognizing the right moment to seek help.
During the sessions, it was also emphasized that sharing feelings and experiences can lighten the burden of difficulties and contribute to building support networks. Likewise, attentive and empathetic listening can make a difference in the lives of those facing challenging times. After all, talking helps. Listening too.

Planting care and hope
At the end of each lecture, participants received sunflower seeds accompanied by a tag with planting instructions. The gesture symbolized care, hope, and the importance of daily cultivating actions that promote well-being, empathy, and respect among people.
With this initiative, Safetline reinforces its commitment to valuing life and promoting a more humane, healthy, and supportive work environment.
In doing so, the company strengthens awareness about the importance of mental health both inside and outside the workplace.
