SIPATMA 2026 at Safetline: a week dedicated to prevention, care, and awareness

SIPATMA 2026 at Safetline took place between October 26 and 30, with a program dedicated to workplace accident prevention, Active Care, and environmental awareness.

Throughout the week, our employees participated in Daily Safety Talks (DDS), lectures, interactive activities, and prize raffles. Initiatives designed to strengthen prevention, encourage conscious attitudes, and reinforce the importance of caring for oneself, others, and the environment in which we work.

Risk perception: recognizing to prevent

The program began with a thematic Daily Safety Talk (DDS), conducted in partnership with ArtSeg, bringing together factory sectors for a conversation on risk perception in the workplace.

The meeting encouraged employees to identify situations that could compromise health and safety, recognizing potential hazards before they turn into accidents.

After all, preventing also means remaining attentive to the environment and to the people around us.

Hands-on first aid: knowledge that can save lives

On the second day, employees attended a practical lecture on first aid, led by Sidney.

During the training, guidelines were presented on how to identify partial and complete choking situations, recognize the universal sign of choking, and learn techniques such as the Heimlich maneuver.

In addition to demonstrations, the session brought reflection on the importance of recognizing our limits, preventing risky situations, and seeking specialized help when necessary.

A learning experience that goes beyond company walls and can make a difference in emergency situations both inside and outside of work.

Interactive games: safety and environment in a dynamic way

On the third day, awareness took a different format with interactive games on Safety and the Environment.

Through games and challenges, employees participated in activities that stimulated memory, motor coordination, and stability, connecting these skills to the topics addressed during SIPATMA.

The initiative reinforced that learning can also happen in a lighthearted and participatory manner, encouraging the exchange of experiences and the building of more conscious attitudes.

Active Care: safety begins with one another

The lecture schedule also featured a session dedicated to Active Care, encouraging reflection on individual and collective responsibility in building a safe environment.

More than recognizing risks, it is essential to develop a watchful eye regarding attitudes around us, guide coworkers, and intervene consciously when faced with situations that may pose a hazard.

One of the key messages that marked this moment summarizes the purpose of the initiative:

“Safety is everyone's responsibility, and it begins when we look out for one another.”

Small preventive actions can prevent major incidents. Therefore, commitment to safety must be part of everyone's routine.

Thematic water bottles: care that also reaches the environment

SIPATMA 2026 also featured a special action developed in partnership between the Marketing and SESMT teams: the delivery of customized Safetline water bottles to employees.

Beyond marking the week, the initiative had an important purpose: encouraging conscious consumption and reducing the use of disposable plastic cups, contributing to environmental preservation and company expense reduction.

A simple attitude, but one that highlights how small changes in daily routine can generate positive impacts.

Closing with recognition and celebration

To conclude the week, Safetline prepared a special moment for employees across all shifts, featuring a raffle with 10 prizes carefully organized for the winners.

The action closed the event schedule on a relaxed and rewarding note, celebrating everyone's participation in the activities conducted throughout the week.

Safety and care are everyone's commitment

SIPATMA 2026 reinforced a message that must be present every day: prevention starts with awareness, but is strengthened through our attitudes.

At Safetline, we believe that caring for people also means promoting knowledge, encouraging collective responsibility, and building an increasingly safe and conscious work environment.

Our special thanks to the SESMT team, responsible for organizing the week, and to all employees who participated and helped make this edition so special.

To care is to prevent. To prevent is to protect. 💙
