Vulcano Anti-torsion Lace-up Safety Boot

The Safetline Vulcano Anti-torsion Lace-up Safety Boot was specially developed for professionals working in environments with high temperatures, uneven floors, and severe working conditions. Combining thermal protection, mechanical resistance, and superior comfort, the model offers reliable performance for operations in steel mills, foundries, metallurgical plants, and other high-risk industrial activities.

Made of flame-retardant full-grain leather, the safety boot features excellent resistance to heat and wear, providing greater durability even in extreme environments. Its lacing system uses black round polyester shoelaces with graphite details, resin tips, and metal eyelets, ensuring a firm, secure, and resistant fit.

The model features a padded collar and tongue in napa leather, a softer leather that provides additional comfort and better adaptation to the feet. The bellows-type tongue construction prevents the entry of dust, particles, and solid debris, increasing protection and contributing to the internal hygiene of the footwear.

Engineered to offer greater stability, the Vulcano Boot incorporates the exclusive Safetline Anti-torsion system, ideal for activities carried out on uneven floors, ladders, platforms, and operational areas where there is a higher risk of sprains.

Internally, the footwear is fully lined with the SafetDry® system, a technology composed of two layers (woven and non-woven) that provides thermal comfort, efficient sweat absorption, and rapid moisture dispersion. The lining of the collar and heel area is completely seamless, reducing friction points and increasing comfort during long periods of wear. The vamp also receives non-woven lining for greater strength and comfort.

The non-woven insole board is stitched using the Strobel system, providing more flexibility to the assembly. Meanwhile, the Premium comfort insole, made of carbon foam, offers excellent shock absorption, prolonged comfort, and antibacterial treatment, in addition to being removable for easy cleaning.

The upper features single, double, and quadruple stitching made with high-tenacity nylon threads, ensuring high structural resistance. The model uses the exclusive Vulcano dual-density nitrile rubber outsole, directly injected to the upper, developed specifically for applications in high-temperature environments.

Its exclusive design, developed based on studies conducted in renowned international laboratories, features geometry designed to avoid debris retention and reduce the accumulation of materials on the outsole. In addition to contributing to lighter footwear during use, this feature enhances safety and reduces the risk of slipping.

The outsole also incorporates exclusive technologies such as grip channels, which increase traction and performance on different surfaces, a drainage system with runoff channels that prevent debris buildup, and Flex Point® technology, which provides greater flexibility, comfort, and safety during movement.
