High-Temperature Elastic-Sided Boot with Full Vamp

The Safetline Vulcano Elastic Safety Boot with Full Vamp, part of the traditional Vulcano Line, was developed for professionals working in high-temperature environments who need robust, comfortable, and highly resistant footwear. Its design combines thermal protection, durability, and ergonomics for applications in steelworks, foundries, and other severe industrial operations.

Crafted from flame-retardant vaqueta leather with special treatment, the safety boot offers excellent resistance to heat and contact with liquid metal splashes. Its full vamp design, without seams in the front region, reduces wear points, hinders liquid penetration, and facilitates footwear cleaning.

The side elastic closure system provides convenience when donning and doffing, in addition to an excellent fit to the feet. The construction without unnecessary components in the front region contributes to greater comfort and durability during continuous use.

Internally, the model is fully lined with the exclusive SafetDry® system, a seamless technology that provides thermal comfort, efficient sweat absorption, and rapid moisture dispersion. The result is drier and more comfortable feet even during long shifts in high-temperature environments.

To maximize comfort, the safety boot features a removable Premium insole, manufactured in high-performance carbon foam. In addition to excellent shock absorption, the insole has antibacterial treatment, contributing to user hygiene and well-being.

The model uses the exclusive Vulcano Dual Density Rubber/Rubber outsole, directly injected to the upper and developed especially for severe thermal applications. Its construction provides heat resistance, thermal comfort, and high durability.

The outsole pattern was designed to minimize debris retention, reducing material buildup and increasing safety during movement. The assembly incorporates grip channels, a drainage system for waste runoff, and Flex Point® technology, which provides greater flexibility, traction, and walking comfort.
