Vulcano Elastic Safety Boot with External Metatarsal Guard

The Safetline Elastic Safety Boot Vulcano with External Metatarsal Guard was developed to offer reinforced protection in high-temperature industrial environments with risk of impacts, cuts, and falling materials on the instep area. Its robust construction combines safety, thermal resistance, and comfort for severe operations in steelworks, foundries, and metallurgical industries.

Its main advantage is the external metatarsal guard made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), designed to enhance protection of the metatarsal area against impacts and sharp objects. Equipped with exclusive Full Flex® technology, the system offers excellent flexibility, resistance, and mobility, conforming to the natural movements of the feet without compromising safety.

The model is fully lined with the exclusive SafetDry® system, composed of two layers (one fabric and one non-woven). This technology provides thermal comfort, efficient sweat absorption, and quick moisture dispersion. The shaft and heel counter lining is completely seamless, reducing friction points and increasing comfort during long work shifts.

The hygienic insole is removable and antibacterial, contributing to internal hygiene and user well-being. The non-woven mounting insole, stitched using the Strobel system, provides greater flexibility and structural resistance to the assembly.

Its upper features single, double, and quadruple stitching made with high-tenacity nylon threads, ensuring high resistance and durability even in demanding industrial applications.

The Safety Boot Vulcano with External Metatarsal Guard features the exclusive Vulcano Dual-Density Rubber/Rubber outsole, injected directly to the upper and developed especially for high-temperature environments. Its construction provides excellent thermal resistance, safety, and comfort throughout the workday.

The outsole design was developed to minimize debris retention, preventing buildup that could compromise operational safety. Additionally, it incorporates grip channels, a drainage system with run-off channels, and Flex Point® technology, which provides greater flexibility, traction, and stability during movement.

The model can be manufactured with a steel or plastic safety toe cap, meeting different protection requirements. In specific versions, it can also be produced with non-metallic components for applications requiring this feature.
