The Safetline Lace-up Anti-torsion Switchman Safety Boot with External Metatarsal Guard was developed for activities requiring maximum stability, impact protection, and safety on uneven terrain. Traditionally known as the Switchman Model, its application originated in railway operations, where foot protection, footwear resistance, and twist prevention are essential factors for worker safety.

Crafted from water-repellent leather, the safety boot offers excellent resistance to moisture, repelling water and delaying liquid penetration. This feature contributes to greater footwear durability and increased comfort in demanding work environments.

The model features a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) external metatarsal guard, designed to protect the toe and instep area against impacts caused by falling tools, materials, and other heavy objects. The guard is secured to the vamp and upper section of the footwear through the lacing system, ensuring efficient protection without compromising mobility.

The exclusive Full Flex® technology delivers enhanced flexibility, resistance, and ergonomics to the assembly, allowing the guard to follow the natural movements of the feet during walking and operational tasks.

To increase comfort and prevent the entry of debris, the safety boot features a padded bellow tongue integrated into the upper, creating an effective barrier against dust, solid particles, and small debris present in the work environment.

Internally, the model is fully lined with the exclusive SafetDry® system, composed of two layers: one woven fabric and one non-woven fabric.
