SUGARCANE BOOT WITH PROTECTIVE OVERLAY

The Sugarcane Safety Boot with Internal Metatarsal Guard, Scuff Cap, and TPU Cover by Safetline was specially developed for agricultural activities involving sugarcane cutting with a machete, offering maximum protection for the metatarsal area and greater durability in extremely harsh environments. Its main differentiator is the exclusive Safetline Triple Protection system, composed of water-resistant leather, an internal metatarsal guard featuring Full Flex® technology, and an external TPU cover—a technology patented by Safetline.

Crafted from water-resistant full-grain leather, the boot delays liquid penetration and does not retain water, providing higher resistance and service life to the footwear even under severe field working conditions.

Developed for sugarcane cutting operations with a machete, the boot features an impact-absorption system on the vamp that helps protect the metatarsal region. The model is tested and approved for impacts of up to 100 Joules on the metatarsal, offering enhanced safety in high-risk agricultural activities.

The metatarsal protector utilizes the exclusive Full Flex® technology, which follows the natural movements of the feet without compromising protection. The model also features internal padding in the instep area and a Strobel-stitched insole, providing increased comfort and flexibility throughout the entire workday.

The Falcon Dual-Density PU/PU outsole, directly injected to the upper, delivers excellent shock absorption, comfort, and grip. The assembly incorporates exclusive Safetline technologies such as Full Impact®, Barra Antitorção, Canais Aderentes, Correct Folder®, and Flex Point®, ensuring greater stability, safety, and performance across different terrain types.

For maximum protection in sugarcane harvesting, the model is manufactured exclusively with a steel safety toe cap, providing the required resistance for operations using a machete. The assembly is further reinforced with a PU scuff cap, responsible for strengthening the front area against impacts, abrasion, and premature wear.
