INTERNAL METATARSAL CANE BOOT

The Safetline Sugarcane Safety Boot with Internal Metatarsal Guard and Scuff Cap was developed especially for agricultural activities involving sugarcane cutting with machetes, offering reinforced protection for the foot area and greater safety in operations with a high risk of cuts and impacts.

Crafted from water-repellent full-grain leather, the boot features a treatment that delays the passage of liquids and prevents water retention in the leather, providing greater durability and performance even in humid environments and severe field work conditions.

Its main feature is the internal metatarsal guard, designed to protect the metatarsal bones region against impacts and potential accidents during cutting activities. Equipped with the exclusive Full Flex® technology, the system delivers an excellent level of protection without compromising foot mobility, ensuring greater comfort and freedom of movement throughout the workday.

The model also features an impact absorption system in the vamp, which acts as a shock absorber against strikes to the metatarsal area. The Sugarcane Safety Boot has been tested and approved for impacts of up to 100 Joules on the metatarsus, providing enhanced safety for high-demand agricultural activities.

To increase its structural strength, the joint between the shaft and the vamp is reinforced by four rows of stitching made with high-tenacity nylon thread, ensuring superior durability even under intense usage conditions.

Comfort is also one of the highlights of this model. The instep area features internal padding that reduces pressure points and improves fit for the user. The non-woven insole is stitched using the Strobel system, delivering greater flexibility and comfort while walking.

The model utilizes the renowned Falcon Dual-Density PU/PU outsole, directly injected to the upper. Its lightweight, soft midsole offers excellent shock absorption, while the durable treaded outsole design with lugs provides enhanced grip on different types of terrain.

The assembly incorporates exclusive Safetline technologies such as Full Impact®, Anti-Torsion Bar, Grip Channels, Correct Folder®, and Flex Point®, ensuring superior stability, safety, comfort, and flexibility throughout the entire shift.

For maximum protection in sugarcane operations, the model is manufactured exclusively with a steel safety toe cap, offering the required resistance for machete handling. Front protection is complemented by a PU scuff cap, which reinforces resistance against impact, abrasion, and premature footwear wear.
