The Safetline Lace-up Shoe with External Metatarsal Guard was developed for professionals working in environments with risks of impacts and heavy objects falling onto the instep area, offering reinforced protection without compromising mobility and comfort during the workday.

Made of water-repellent full-grain leather, the model features excellent resistance to moisture, delaying liquid penetration and providing greater durability even under intense usage conditions. Its reinforced construction ensures mechanical resistance and reliable performance in various industrial environments.

Its main feature is the external metatarsal guard made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), engineered to extend protection to the metatarsal region against impacts caused by falling tools, parts, and heavy materials. The system utilizes exclusive Full Flex® technology, which provides flexibility, strength, and safety, allowing the guard to follow the natural movement of the feet without compromising user mobility.

The lace-up closure system ensures a firm, customized fit, while the guard is attached to the vamp and the upper portion of the shoe, providing greater stability and protection during tasks.

Internally, the model features the exclusive SafetDry® system. The quarter lining and heel counter lining are completely seamless, reducing friction points and providing enhanced thermal comfort during long periods of wear. The non-woven lined vamp contributes to breathability and foot well-being throughout the day.

Structural reinforcement at the seam joining the vamp and quarter increases tear resistance and contributes to extended shoe durability, even in high-demand applications.
