The Andaluz outsole, made of dual-density polyurethane and directly injected into the upper, was developed to provide lightness, comfort, and high impact absorption, making it ideal for long shifts and environments that demand walking stability. Its PU composition guarantees excellent comfort and flexibility performance, in addition to providing suitable durability for different types of use. The modern design incorporates grip channels and a drainage system that prevent waste retention and ensure superior ground grip. The anti-torsion bar reinforces protection against improper movements, while the Full Impact system evenly distributes step energy, reducing fatigue and favoring balance.

The Correct Folder guarantees proper foot flexing, expanding contact and grip across various terrains, and the ABS System ensures slip resistance. Combining lightness, ergonomic comfort, and anti-slip performance, the Andaluz outsole is recommended for professionals seeking practicality and protection in diverse environments, without sacrificing modernity and efficiency.

Outsole Slip Resistance (SRC)

The outsole of this line is SRC rated, meaning it has passed all tests required by ABNT NBR ISO 20345 (Safety Footwear), ABNT NBR ISO 20346 (Protective Footwear), and ABNT NBR ISO 20347 (Occupational Footwear) standards, offering users the highest level of safety regarding slip resistance.

The test is conducted on ceramic tile flooring with a detergent solution - SRA; and steel flooring with a glycerol (oil) solution - SRB. The SRC designation is considered the most comprehensive level, as it combines both tests.

All Safetline outsoles also feature fuel oil resistance (FO) according to the requirements of the above standards.

Another aspect where the company's outsoles stand out is in the heel region impact absorption test (E).

Standards require a minimum impact absorption of 20 joules.

Tests on our models reach results from 30 to 35 joules, providing great comfort to the user.
